Promotion GEOHEX NRLW Magic Round Competition – Win a Pallet of GEOHEX.
Promotion Period The Promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on Monday, 20 July 2026 and
closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 9 August 2026.
Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Prize One prize is available to be won, consisting of one pallet of
GEOHEX containing 170 GEOHEX panels and covering approximately
85m².Standard delivery to one nominated Australian address is
included.

Installation is not included. Site preparation, infill material,
machinery, unloading equipment, permits and other project-related
costs are not included.

Prize Value The Prize has an approximate retail value of $2,612.50 including
GST, plus delivery.
How to Enter During the Promotion Period, visit the GEOHEX NRLW Magic Round
Competition landing page, complete all required fields and answer
the following question in 25 words or fewer:
“How would a pallet of GEOHEX transform your next
project?”

Entrants must also agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Limit One entry per person.
Judging Criteria Eligible entries will be judged on originality, creativity,
relevance to GEOHEX and adherence to the entry question and word
limit.
Judging Date Entries will be judged on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at the
Promoter’s premises at 4 Huntsmore Road, Minto NSW 2566, or
remotely by representatives appointed by the Promoter.
Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone by
Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
Prize Claim Period The winner must respond and accept the Prize within seven days of
being notified.

Promotion Partner Absolute Mesh & Steel Pty Ltd, ABN 39 612 699 859, of

About These Terms

  1. By entering the Promotion, each entrant confirms that they have read,
    understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Information about how to enter, the Prize and the judging process forms
    part of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and
    other promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and
    Conditions will prevail.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the
    time of entry.
  2. Employees, officers, contractors and directors of the Promoter, the
    Promotion Partner and any organisation directly involved in conducting
    the Promotion, together with members of their immediate families, are
    not eligible to enter.
  3. For the purposes of clause 5, immediate family includes a spouse, de
    facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live at the
    same address as the employee, officer, contractor or director.
  4. The Promoter may require an entrant to provide identification, proof of
    age, proof of Australian residency or other information reasonably
    required to verify their eligibility.
  5. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
    1. does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
    2. submits false, incomplete or misleading information;
    3. tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or judging
      process;
    4. breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
    5. acts unlawfully, dishonestly, offensively or in a way that
      compromises the fair conduct of the Promotion.

Entries

  1. To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
    1. visit the GEOHEX NRLW Magic Round Competition landing page;
    2. complete all required entry-form fields;
    3. submit an original response of 25 words or fewer to the question:

      “How would a pallet of GEOHEX transform your next
      project?”

      and
    4. agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. Only one entry is permitted per person. Where an entrant submits more
    than one entry, the Promoter may accept the first valid entry received
    and disregard all subsequent entries, including entries submitted using
    different email addresses or accounts.
  4. Entries must be received by the Promoter before the end of the
    Promotion Period. Entries are deemed received when recorded by the
    Promoter’s entry system, not when sent by the entrant.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, incomplete,
    incorrectly submitted, corrupted, lost, delayed or not received because
    of technical problems, network failures or circumstances outside the
    Promoter’s reasonable control.
  6. Entries that exceed the stated word limit may be disqualified or judged
    only on the first 25 words, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  7. Each entrant is responsible for the content of their entry, including
    any comments, written responses, photographs, videos or other materials
    submitted in connection with the Promotion, collectively referred to as
    Entry Content.
  8. Each entrant warrants that their Entry Content:
    1. is their own original work or is submitted with all necessary
      permissions;
    2. does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark,
      privacy, publicity or other rights;
    3. is not misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory,
      discriminatory, obscene, abusive, threatening or otherwise
      unlawful;
    4. does not contain malicious code, viruses or material capable of
      damaging a device or system; and
    5. does not include personal information about another individual
      without that individual’s permission.
  9. The Promoter may reject or remove Entry Content that it reasonably
    considers unsuitable, unlawful, offensive or inconsistent with these
    Terms and Conditions.
  10. By submitting Entry Content, the entrant grants the Promoter and its
    related entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and
    sub-licensable licence to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate and
    display the Entry Content for the administration and promotion of the
    Promotion and for GEOHEX marketing and publicity purposes.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant consents to reasonable
    editing, cropping, adaptation or use of their Entry Content that might
    otherwise infringe their moral rights.
  12. Entrants retain ownership of their original Entry Content.

Judging

  1. This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining
    the winner.
  2. Each valid entry will be individually judged by one or more
    representatives appointed by the Promoter.
  3. Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
    1. originality;
    2. creativity;
    3. relevance to GEOHEX and the entrant’s proposed project;
    4. clarity of the response; and
    5. adherence to the entry question and 25-word limit.
  4. The Promoter may apply a scoring system to the judging criteria. Unless
    otherwise determined by the Promoter, originality and creativity will
    be given the greatest weight.
  5. The entrant whose valid entry is assessed as the best overall entry
    will be selected as the winner.
  6. If two or more entries receive an equal score, the tied entries will be
    reassessed, with originality used as the primary tie-breaking
    criterion.
  7. The Promoter may select and rank one or more reserve entries. If the
    original winner is found to be ineligible, their entry is invalid or
    they fail to claim the Prize within the required period, the Prize may
    be awarded to the highest-ranked eligible reserve entrant.
  8. The Promoter’s judging decisions are final, and no correspondence
    regarding judging outcomes will be entered into.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  1. The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone
    number supplied in their entry.
  2. The winner must respond to the Promoter and accept the Prize within
    seven days of the notification being sent.
  3. Before providing the Prize, the Promoter may require the winner to:
    1. provide proof of identity, age and Australian residency;
    2. confirm the nominated delivery address;
    3. sign a prize acceptance form, release or other reasonable
      documentation; and
    4. provide information reasonably necessary to arrange delivery.
  4. If the winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted,
    is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Terms and
    Conditions, the winner will forfeit the Prize.
  5. If the Prize is forfeited, the Promoter may award it to the
    highest-ranked eligible reserve entrant. The reserve winner will be
    contacted using the details supplied in their entry and will have seven
    days to accept the Prize.
  6. Subject to the winner’s consent and applicable privacy
    requirements, the Promoter may publish the winner’s first name,
    surname initial, suburb, state and winning response on the GEOHEX
    website, social media channels or other promotional material.

Prize

  1. One Prize is available to be won.
  2. The Prize consists of:
    1. one pallet of GEOHEX;
    2. 170 GEOHEX panels;
    3. coverage of approximately 85m²; and
    4. standard delivery to one nominated Australian address.
  3. Installation is not included in the Prize.
  4. The Prize does not include:
    1. site inspection or design services;
    2. excavation or site preparation;
    3. road base, gravel, soil, turf, sand or other infill material;
    4. drainage products;
    5. installation labour;
    6. machinery, lifting or unloading equipment;
    7. council approvals, permits or professional fees; or
    8. any other product, service or expense not expressly stated as being
      included.
  5. Delivery will be arranged to one Australian street address nominated
    by the winner. The address must be reasonably accessible by the
    Promoter’s nominated freight provider.
  6. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location has
    suitable access and that any unloading requirements communicated by the
    freight provider are met.
  7. Delivery timing will be arranged with the winner and will be subject to
    product availability, freight schedules, weather, site access and other
    matters outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  8. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be
    taken as cash, credit or another product.
  9. The winner cannot sell, transfer or assign their right to receive the
    Prize before it has been delivered without the Promoter’s written
    approval.
  10. If any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside
    the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it
    with a prize of equal or greater value and reasonably comparable
    specifications.
  11. The advertised value of the Prize is based on information available at
    the time the promotional material is prepared. The actual retail value
    may vary, and the winner will not be entitled to receive any difference
    between the advertised value and the value at the time of delivery.
  12. The winner is responsible for determining whether GEOHEX is suitable
    for their proposed project and site conditions.
  13. The winner should review and follow all applicable GEOHEX product
    information, specifications and installation instructions and obtain
    independent professional advice where appropriate.
  14. Except for any guarantees, warranties or rights that cannot legally be
    excluded, the Promoter does not guarantee that the Prize will be
    suitable for a particular site, application or purpose.

Promotion Administration

  1. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, postpone, extend or modify the
    Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent
    the Promotion from being conducted safely, fairly or as originally
    planned.
  2. Such circumstances may include technical failures, unauthorised
    intervention, fraud, computer viruses, natural disasters, transport
    interruptions, supply shortages, government restrictions or other
    events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  3. If the Promotion is affected by an error, technical problem or
    unauthorised conduct, the Promoter may invalidate affected entries or
    take other reasonable steps necessary to maintain the integrity of the
    Promotion.
  4. Any variation, cancellation or suspension will be communicated through
    the Promotion landing page or another reasonable communication channel.

Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies
    any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully
    be excluded or limited, including rights under the
    Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  2. Subject to clause 53 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the
    Promoter and Promotion Partner will not be liable for any direct,
    indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:

    1. entering or participating in the Promotion;
    2. accepting, receiving, transporting, unloading, installing or using
      the Prize;
    3. delays or failures caused by third-party freight or service
      providers;
    4. an entry being lost, delayed, corrupted or not received; or
    5. circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  3. The winner accepts all risks associated with installing and using the
    Prize and is responsible for ensuring that the project complies with
    applicable laws, building requirements, approvals and safety standards.

Privacy and Marketing

  1. The Promoter will collect entrants’ personal information for the
    purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility,
    contacting the winner, arranging delivery and carrying out related
    promotional activities.
  2. The Promoter may disclose personal information to the Promotion
    Partner, freight providers, technology providers, professional advisers
    and other suppliers where reasonably necessary to administer the
    Promotion or provide the Prize.
  3. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the GEOHEX Privacy Policy.
  4. Entrants should ensure that the personal information they provide is
    accurate and complete. If the Promoter cannot contact an entrant
    because their information is incorrect or incomplete, the Promoter is
    not responsible for any resulting loss of opportunity.
  5. Consent to receive GEOHEX news, product updates and special offers
    should be obtained through a clear and separate marketing-consent
    statement displayed on the entry form.
  6. Where an entrant separately consents to receiving marketing
    communications, the Promoter may contact them by email or other
    permitted channels. Marketing communications will identify the sender
    and provide a means of unsubscribing.
  7. An entrant may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
    Unsubscribing after submitting a valid competition entry will not
    invalidate that entry.

Third-Party Platforms and Organisations

  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Promotion is not sponsored,
    endorsed, administered by or associated with:

    1. the National Rugby League;
    2. NRLW;
    3. any NRL or NRLW club;
    4. Facebook;
    5. Instagram; or
    6. any other social media platform on which the Promotion is
      advertised.
  2. Entrants release the organisations and platforms listed in clause 63
    from liability arising in connection with the Promotion, to the extent
    permitted by law.
  3. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be
    directed to the Promoter and not to the organisations or platforms
    listed in clause 63.

General

  1. All dates and times in these Terms and Conditions are Australian
    Eastern Standard Time unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms
    and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid
    or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining
    provisions will continue to apply.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales,
    Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
    courts of New South Wales.
