The GEOHEX™ Erosion Control System is an environmentally friendly and cost effective solution for managing erosion control and water run off in high traffic areas or on ground surfaces that are subject to constant heavy loads.

Lightweight and compact, GEOHEX™ is made from high impact resistant, 100% recycled, co-polymer polypropylene. The strong plastic grid material has been specifically designed to reduce erosion, maintenance, and logistics costs while increasing safety and water conservation, making it ideal for use in any commercial application where a solid base is required.

Cost effective, easier to maintain and more sustainable than concrete, bitumen or asphalt, the GEOHEX™ Erosion Control System is also cheaper to transport than many other materials. Each GEOHEX™ paver measures 0.5 square metres and weighs a mere 2.3kg. When packed together for transportation, 85 square metres of GEOHEX™ can fit on one pallet.

GEOHEX™ can be filled with just about any landscaping infill as long as it’s not too big. Materials such as natural earth, road base, sand, and pebbles help to blend in with natural environments. The installation of formalised walkways also encourages traffic to stick to the designated path and reduces the likelihood that the surrounding landscape features from being trampled.

The GEOHEX™ Erosion Control System can be used on sloping driveways, however, ground pins should be used on inclines greater than 10 percent. We recommend Type 17 Bugle Head Screws (galvanised, minimum 300mm long), which can be screwed into the sub-grade without the need to hammer a pin through the cell material.
